"The main problem I have with this specific State Farm, is when I have left a message they do not contact back, and to me I feel like that’s very unprofessional. And it was a normal business hour between the hours of 9 to 5, so I don’t understand why One cannot return a phone call."
"We check messages throughout the day and at a minimum 3 times a day. Mid-morning. Mid-afternoon and before we close. We respond immediately following listening to the messages. We also offer texting, email, on-line, app, virtual and in person service. Additionally we hire an after hours service so our customers can call 24x7."
